On December 6 and 7, our Association took part in the Christmas market in La Wantzenau (Grand Est), where we were, as tradition goes, proudly represented. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Mayor, Mrs. Michèle Kannengieser, and the entire municipal team of La Wantzenau for the excellent organization of the Christmas Village, which created a warm, welcoming, and festive atmosphere. Over the two days, we had the pleasure of welcoming many visitors, eager to discover Ukrainian culture through food, craftsmanship, and human connection. At our stand, visitors could find traditional Ukrainian borscht, vareniki with various fillings, mulled wine, homemade culinary specialties, beautiful handmade souvenirs, including warm knitted socks made by our volunteers, as well as lovely Christmas decorations. We were deeply moved by the support shown by market visitors through their purchases and donations. Every contribution is a meaningful gesture of solidarity and helps us continue our support for Ukraine. Our heartfelt thanks go to the organizers, volunteers, and all visitors for their generosity and support.
