On September 14, Strasbourg will shine in the colors of Ukraine.
At the Centre culturel Saint-Thomas, the association PromoUkraina will host its annual Ukrainian Charity Fair, an event that has become a key tradition in the city, combining culture, solidarity, and humanitarian action.
From 11:30 AM, visitors will be welcomed into a festive atmosphere: traditional Ukrainian dishes, a barbecue, and an artisan market filled with unique creations. From 2:00 PM, the day will come alive with artistic and musical performances outdoors, inviting everyone to share the vibrancy of Ukrainian culture.
At 3:00 PM, a conference on “Eastern Catholic Churches” will provide cultural and spiritual depth to the event. Later, from 4:30 PM, the fair will transform into a lively stage with a concert and DJ performance.
But beyond the food, the crafts, and the music lies the true purpose of this day: all donations collected will be fully dedicated to PromoUkraina’s humanitarian projects in support of Ukraine. Each participant, by simply being present, contributes to a cause that transcends borders.
The Ukrainian Charity Fair in Strasbourg is more than just an event. It is a celebration of friendship between France and Ukraine, a reminder of the power of solidarity, and a call to uphold the universal values of freedom, dignity, and humanity.
